Cancellation Policy

A £40 deposit secures every appointment and is deducted from your treatment on the day.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.

Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit. This helps us protect appointment availability for other clients.
